Trying to find someone to help you is a challenge, when you find that person hopefully they have a better attitude than the " expert" who is supposedly there to help. He interned referred me to heat their product rep who by the way was extremely friendly and helpful! I wouldn't go to Lowe's expecting to get good advice or Pleasant help go to Home Depot.
