TRASHY! the front desk people are rude and don't acknowledge you at all. Seems like i am bothering them . Technician(s) were kind and moved quickly and promptly. This is not my first choice at all. If possible, go somewhere else!

Obviously personnel has changed since glowing past reviews written. The current front desk crew hardly acknowledges you as you stand in front of them. When they do, they act like they are doing you a favor. They are disrespectful & have very negative attitudes. I would never recommend. I was there Friday & again this morning & the attitude was the same. The one sitting continued with papers on her desk, never acknowledging me until I said something. Another one got up from behind & gruffly informed me they still had no order for me. After a few mins. I strongly informed them I was the patient & should no be spoken to like that . There was an applause from the waiting room. I will say the tech could not have been nicer & professional.

From administration to the technicians, the staff are highly professional and courteous. Someone at the front desk checked my insurance coverage for me before I even made the appointment, and she turned out to be accurate. No one I encountered discourages questions. My one complaint is not with Bowes but rather with the online sources for directions. They all failed at that last step. (Et tu, Google!) From what I experienced, the the staff at Bowes and the company itself all deserve 5 shining stars.
