How a place is run says alot. This place is ran very poorly.I have lived here for over 6 months and I understand now why residents get so frustrated. Bob cant answer any basic lease questions, Todd gets pleasure out of not helping and Amy Gonyea (property manager) never returns calls and we are not sure she even exists...a ghost. Maintenance is on top of things though. They too struggle with property management. Beware if you are looking to live here or even if you do. Make sure you get written documentation of the things they promise you and know what the lease outlines. Tread carefully...seriously

Great place to live. The land lord is really friendly. The buildings are old but kept well. Xfinity is the only internet option. There is a pool house open year round shared between buildings.

Don't move in here if you love a peaceful home and if you are sensitive to noise! Absolutely loud neighbors live above me and I have provided constant proof to the landlord, but they don't bother to do anything! The slightest noises are easily heard through the walls, now imagine that x10000 and hearing that all the time. There is absolutely no insulation within the walls to block any noise. Overall, nice area and property to live on, but the managers give you no mercy if you have a problem with your neighbors being loud all day and night.Take away the people, and I would give this place a 5!

I will highly recommend this place for all!! My husband and I searched for a long time apartment to rent and now that I've been here more than six months, I can say I'm happy about our choice! you get great value for the price that you pay. The buildings are kept very clean and whatever you need is very close to this area. The amenities are TOP NOTCH, and management is VERY nice and react quickly to any issue I've ever had. The office staff are always available to help me with packages or questions I want to note especially Amy Gonyea and Rena that are were very helpful and helped me in everything I asked for!! love living at cedar ridge !
