Hands down one of the worst apple stores I have ever seen in my life. You make an appointment for Genius Bar, you have to wait 30 minutes before you been seen by one, and the rudeness, carelessness, and the amount of insensitivity of the guy who was “helping” (totally did NOT) me is not apple level. You feel like you’re dealing with a used car dealership sales man who does anything in his power to squeeze extra dollars out of your pocket rather than try to help or at least act like someone who wants to help. I would stay away for this store if you need to use the Genius Bar. Hope apple take better approach in hiring and training it’s employees.

Warning! Apple sells "used phones" as new. Bought a phone over in Portland that would not let me sign in due to "too many accounts active." Someone probably returned the phone and the tech team tried to troubleshoot unsuccessfully, as the interface was very laggy and inconsistent. The team leader Izzy gave some ridiculous reason as to why I could not access iCloud. She claimed that Apple could detect if I had made multiple icloud accounts. How would that even work? Does Apple track via credit card (seems illegal) or via name/bday. Anyways, she could not name the reason. The team at Alderwood is disappointing. Only one person out of three was fully engaged and actively listening. I think Izzy makes money for Apple well enough, but as a customer it was an unpleasant experience of being gaslit and uncomfortable. She condescendingly asked if I had ever owned any iphones before. I used to work in cellphone repairs, and I know how much money there is in the industry by passing old phones as new. I will continue to buy Apple stock, but to pay nearly $1000 for a fake "new" iphone 13 was a real downer. Apple has a real history of sketchy business practices (like slowing older models). A true disappointment. I will happily be returning the phone for a cool $1000 back.

Should have left this review a few years ago, but I’m leaving one now because this mistake is still irritating me. A few years ago I came in to replace my Ipad that wasn’t functioning and would shut down seconds after it’s been opened. It’s inner part was completely damaged and I’m not sure how. Anyway, everything was going alright, they said they will get w a replacement. This is where the issue comes, I come back the next week or so and I wait outside for a worker to bring my replacement. It’s on a cart and the worker helps me unpackage my product. I’m looking at it and something feels off, the guy doesn’t say anything to me and he takes it back without an explanation. Then comes back with it and tells me enriching is god. Uuuhh, no it wasn’t? You caught the mistake and should have said something. I originally had a black iPad abs the one they gave me is white. I really dislike the white frame and I like how the black frame makes the iPad feel bigger and look cleaner. The part I’m most irritated by is the fact that they chose not to communicate the issue with me while I was still pondering why it didn’t look like my original iPad.

I visited the Apple to pick up my Apple 11, I purchased on their website. I paid with a virtual card, PayPal or affirm and the order was approved and ready for pickup. When I arrived at the store a very nice rep helped me get my order. Well, when she was handed the phone, and scan to complete the transaction, there was a problem. She went to the back for assistance. I knew I was not walking out the store with my new phone. Just as I suspected, the order could not get processed, although I received a confirmation for pickup. At this time, she is trying to convinced me to open up an Apple credit card or pay with another card. I felt like she was trying to make a commission. I was so disgusted and disappointed, the order was canceled. Not ever going back to that location again.

Need to make appt with geek squad
Can I make an appointment for help in Lynnwood?
Does anyone know when the store will be opening?
It depends on the storage size
Call them
I would like to make an appointment at the genius bar. I'm having trouble getting rid of old email. & passwords. I need to get rid of these and up date my settings so that I can get some new apps. (my husband need to add an app to control his hearing aids.
iphone 6
No! But if it is busy you might have to wait for a little bit.
It depends. On a few things but check apple website for the quality program and contact apple support to see if they qualify
If it is within one year of purchase then you don’t need a receipt and also it does qualify for replacement.
No! But you may have to wait a little bit if they're busy.
They accept walk-ins.
Not a technician, but! I would suggest a hard/factory reset first. If that doesn't work, you may need to send it in for repair or replacement. Hope that helps!
Yes. But they only let a few people in at a time. Be prepared to wait outside.
They do but you have to make an appt.
I think so, or you can have the phone support which is much easier
Contact Apple Care. They will be able to help you........ 1800myiphone
I just bought an Iphone a week ago and I asked them to help me transfering all the data from my android to the Iphone and they said I could do it with an app, so no, they did not provide me with any support in this regard
This is a community based google support area. This isn't monitored by the store. Contact the store in person or via their website directly.
This is a Google maps community support and not the company or store. You should contact Apple directly for that.
I'd suggest calling Apple or just going in for any Apple related questions. This is a Google Maps community Q&A. You'll likely not get any response from Apple here.
Yes
Remember this is Google members helping answering simple questions. You really should contact Apple directly or visit the store.
I would suggest you contact Apple or the cell network carrier you are looking to join. Or go online and search for your options. Prices may be different between carriers. This is the Google Maps community Q&A not Apple Q&A. Any answers you get here will be from other users and likely not from Apple.
No, usually appointments are for the genius bar or service
On the apple website
It's about 90 bucks for the 5s. You can also go into other places and get it for about 60
No Apple gift cards can only be used in iTunes and the app store
It's best to schedule an appointment for almost anything apple related. It's not necessary, but it helps speed things up
When you ask "do you ..." Do you understand you've asked this question to Google map users. You should go to Apple.com or call the store. But if all you need is a charger. Buying it at Apple will be the most expensive option. Go to Target or best buy or Fred Meyer. Really any where that sells electronics and cell phones.
Call them.
You'll have to contact the Apple store. You'll probably need to make an appointment. I phones don't have swappable batteries, so you'll likely have to submit it for repair. Definitely contact the Apple store not Google maps.
Depends on your internet speeds. If it's still.slow, take it to the genius bar
Try their website. :)
Not sure. You might want to call them.
Buy a new one
10.4% is the current sales tax rate for Lynnwood
No
Probably best to Google for a ball-park price or call your local store.
Yes, or just walk in and wait
Yes
No
I had the same problem because I purchased a 3rd party adaptor (less expensive). Had to go back to Apple and get their more pricey one. Are you certain you have the correct adaptor? I know it seems obvious but is your external drive formatted for the Mac and not a PC? It might be time for a Genius Bar appointment...
No
