Lived there for a year. Witnessed a change in management. Overall, I’ve rented a lot of places in a lot of different states. Flats at Creekside is an amazing place for the location along the creek, near olde town Arvada and a pretty good price overall. Loved the fresh clean smells walking into my apartment complex too. I miss Glenda but know Janna is going to do amazing things! I would highly recommend this place, especially Creekside facing. Thanks again!

Moved out one month early in 2020 due to covid. Received a bill from the apartment of course expecting the rent, plus extra outrageous charges so they can renovate the apartment. Everything in there was cheap and falling apart when I moved in, it wasn’t my fault it was the same when I moved out. Sometimes I would be at home in my apartment and maintenance would just unlock my door and walk in just to be like “oops wrong apartment.” Don’t move here unless you want to pay for the next person’s renovation no matter how much you try to keep it clean- it’s falling apart no matter what you do.

Zero stars for this apartment complex. We had a six month lease. We moved out at the end of that six month lease after one of their cleaning employees tried to break into the apartment during the middle of the day. I was working from home and in the apartment when this happened and immediately called the office manager to remove the cleaning person from the building. (Unbelievably, he did not leave, just continued cleaning after trying and failing to open my door.) Management sent someone over but they spoke to him for about thirty seconds then left and did not take the cleaning person with them. After another call to management they told me he thought my unit was empty and that is why he tried to come into the apartment. My apartment did not appear empty. We had a doormat and my son's sled leaning up next to the door. The manager reluctantly said she would remove the cleaning person, but I saw him just leave my apartment building and enter into another one. So they did nothing after the guy tried to enter my apartment! Shortly thereafter, there were needles next to the dumpster that I reported to the manager with no response and they were not cleaned up for two weeks. And there were footprints in the snow underneath our elevated first floor living room that appeared to be from a person looking into the porch window. This is all in addition to the fact that the entire building reeks of drugs and one morning I left with my son to find two homeless people sleeping in the hallway. And to top it all off, we moved out at the end of our lease citing these very serious safety concerns and the apartment owner is now seeking over $1600 from us for moving out early (even though we moved out at the end of the lease) because they are saying we did not comply with their move out notification. Unbelievable. After their employee tried to break into the apartment. This place is not safe, not clean, and management is bulls**t.
