completely dirty inside, the bleachers, the laundry area, nobody vacuums in the corridors that lead to the side doors. These apartments are completely run down; the person who cleans once a year! it really does very poorly.

If you're looking for an affordable apartment near Olde Town Arvada, I can't recommend this place enough! The leasing staff has been great, and the property is quiet and very well maintained. Apartments have been recently updated, so I moved into a unit with all-new everything. I did buy myself a portable A/C unit because the apartments don't have central air, but I'm saving so much $$ compared to my last apartment it was a small sacrifice. As a side note, they don't allow dogs, which I know will prevent some (lots?) of locals from renting here, but if you've got a cat or two, it's not a problem.

Lived here for a year and it feels like home. Management is very responsive, easy to get ahold of, and friendly. The grounds are well taken care of, which I appreciate, and I enjoy sitting out in the courtyard, grassy area between two of the buildings. It is very nice. Never have trouble using the washer and dryer in my building and the rent and utilities is affordable. A great place to live.

I have lived at Lamar Village for a few months now, and I really love living here. The maintenance guys are always out working. They just repaved all parking lots, and weeks before doing so, we were given every form of notice possible. Very much appreciated! They also fixed the fence. Lamar Village is always bettering the community. Residents are extremely nice and will always say hello. We got our apartment in very good condition, and have had no issues. Apartment is very quiet. No thin walls here! I absolutely LOVE that there is a washer and dryer in the hallway. You can use an app to pay for it, no more quarters! I highly recommend Lamar Village to anyone.
