Do not go here. Massage quality was horrible. They barely touch you over blankets. Don’t even touch your feet. The whole experience was awkward and uncomfortable. Then at the end you have a stand off as they rudely pressure you to tip an exorbitant amount. They would not give me my credit card back until I changed my tip to OVER 20%. So uncomfortable and not how you do business. If you expect more money, raise your prices.

This was such a nice experience plus the prices are fair. I was able to get a foot massage and back/neck massage for $35 plus hot stones and warm bath water for feet. I have had full body massages that were $100 and were not even as good as this. I will be returning and making this a monthly self care. Being on my feet so much for work this a must!

I used to love this place, but recently things have changed. I always have a great experience with the massage, but find when you check out the massage therapist now waits at check out with you and gives you a hard time if you don’t give them more than 20% tip. They expect $20-$30 more for tip, and are super rude / give you a hard time if you only tip 20%. Can’t imagine if you tip less! I watched them do this to 2-3 customers in front of me and were visibly angry saying things under their breadth. It’s really unfortunate. I love the massage but won’t go back because of how uncomfortable the past few experiences have been for me and watching others.

I’ve come to Mins many times and never had a bad experience until now. I scheduled ahead as usual and ordered full body as usual and had asked three times throughout my massage “ what about neck,face,head and shoulders?” Each time she said not now and moved on. As soon as she said I’m done, I again asked and she said no that’s not apart of it. When we walked out to pay they said we ordered the other massage. I told them no I said full body not back and feet only. They argued and when we asked if they could add it now or fix it, I was told no. With not a single other customer there or coming in. Very frustrated, especially cause I have always given them great tips and never had this issue. And when someone asks three times during the massage to do a certain area, I would conclude they wanted a different massage and do that or ask the customer. And the one I ended up getting was 5 more in cost than the one I wanted.
