The fields we tiptoed through were lovely! The arrays of colors stand out from afar and as the more experienced tulip visitors advised us, we looked out at the fields and drove towards the colors. There are several roads to drive through leading to different fields. Some you have to pay to visit but they have more attractions. We found a field where we were able to park on the side of the road and take photos. Be very mindful though to respect the flowers and be aware of the street signs as we did see a police officer ticketing just ahead. I can only imagine how impressive these fields are when they aren't hit with harsh floods as they were this year. The growers are very transparent though about the reduction in acreage due to flooding before you purchase tickets.

Beautiful flowers, dont forget your camera!

A surprising amount of people for a Monday but the website did warn it was the least busy of their busiest days so I can only imagine the weekends! A very pretty place to wander around for an hour or two!

I can't say anything about the corporate office. My comments reflect our experience at the newest addition - Garden Roslyn. My fiancé and I were in Burlington for his daughter's wedding. We decided to check out the Tulip Festival while we were there. We chose Garden Roslyn primarily because of the pond with the ducks and geese as well as the walking trails that emphasized this feature. It took us some driving around to find the correct location. It was not clearly marked that you needed to drive through a grassy field to reach the Garden. We looked for the address, which was attached to an abandoned house behind some tall shrubs adjacent to the field. When we finally did make it to the parking area and went to pay for our admission, the only person on duty was a young man who did not speak any English and had to use his phone to figure out how to accept our card for payment. He had no clue about the pond. What we did see of the flowers was very pretty. They weren't just planted in rows, but rather in groups and were accented by various decor items. Some of the flowers were planted to surround a tree and this I found to be visually pleasing. I also enjoyed the various colors as well. The pond did indeed have ducks and geese. It was completely separated by a fence around and some overhead barriers as well. While I understand it is important to protect the birds from people (and the people from the birds. Let's face it - some geese can be downright vicious), it would have been nice to get closer for some nice pictures. On this particular day, we did not stay long as this was a very limited, albeit beautiful, display because the weather turned nasty with the wind (it had been warmer and sunny earlier that day) and we barely made it back to the car in time to avoid the heavy rain. Personally, I found $25 to be a bit high priced for this exhibit. I would not choose to do it again.

It ended today.
Agreed 👍
Yes it's open
The festival is between late March though April depending on the weather
Hi Alba, you can, but the ground is mostly muddy. I dont know how it would roll or how muddy it would get. Definately hit tulip town or roozengarde, they get a lot of visitors. Good luck
I've seen a lot of farms posting that the flowers are already blooming. Opening weekend is typically the busiest. They will still be just as beautiful the following week. ;) I always recommend visiting during the week rather than the weekend. Plan your trip well, know how to get around using back roads as main roads can become congested FAST! Also study up on exactly where you can and cannot park. Almost always there are officers patrolling street parking and if your tire is even on the painted line you'll get a ticket. Better to just pay the fee for parking than risk a ticket.
Yes. But you need to watch out for traffic.
April is the best season for Tulips. Now the season is over
Yes
Yes, it is open on Saturdays, it will be open until the end of April
You can to the street fair
Yes
Yes
The valley is always open.. The tulips will be blooming in April. Make your reservations now lodging.
The festival is open from the beginning of April to the end of April
I don't work for the festival, I'm just a visitor like yourself. I would imagine that, like everything else in the PNW, if its raining, they'll still be open. You'll just have to wear adequate outerwear and shoes. Maybe check their website?
Yes it is open. Not in full bloom but still beautiful. I believe may will be full bloom.
Do they take old people in any vehicle to show flowers?
You can drive past the fields on public roads. As of4/1/21, only daffodil fields are in bloom.
No
Usually the month of April. Sometimes you can see them in March. Tulip Town and Rozengarden will be open 9-5. You can Google it to see if there's been any changes due to Covid-19
Normally it lasts into May but with the warm weather we have been having it is all over. They have topped the flowers.
I believe the tulip farm is open.
Most of the flowers are gone
Yes 10$ for an adult
I was in Mt Vernon yesterday didn't see any color. But it is beautiful here any time.
Yes they are
Last day is last day of April and often they top the tulips may 1st. Display gardens like Rosengard and Tulip Town will have to tulips but the fields will probably be gone
Yup officially it ends tomorrow, but they should remain in bloom a week or so into May.
I'm not sure what you are looking for. But there are maps for the driving your. It is past the prime.
Should be through the end of the month.
No fee to drive around the fields - they look gorgeous full of color! - but fee for Rosengard or Tulip Town where you can get up close and see many varieties
They tend to cut the blooms off the first week of May regardless of how much bloom is left. This helps the bulb grow but it's disappointing if you come in May!

Yes
... costs for visiting the display gardens but free to drive around the fields. Nothing like seeing acres of tulips!
Yes it is "open" during week, most active weekends - yet significantly dependent on the weather. It starts at or about 10a. It is primarily a car tour thru the valley with several farms along the way that independently set up for drivers to stop, walk the fields and buy along the route. Prices vary. It is farm country, so use of stroller would vary too . Again, Prices vary.
The weather is the only factor that may affect things, it is a driving tour, with locations that can be stopped at along the way. So, it is scheduled to last until end of month. There is a street fair planned that weekend in Mt Vernon, so weather permitting, all should be as planned and advertised.
Fri 4/19 - Sun 4/21
I'd assume no dogs - humans do enough damage to the flowers as it is.
Call the Mount Vernon Chamber of commerce or look online under City of Mount Vernon Tulip festival
Gardens are open, but most of the flowers in the fields are not in bloom.
Roozengaarde and Tulip Town will be open till 05/06. Check their Facebook pages and websites for the most current status.
it's over. wait for next spring
The actual tulip fields are not wheelchair friendly although you can park at some places and view the tulip fields. The best time for that would be during the week. The traffic on weekends can be pretty heavy. Overall the parking areas are not very wheelchair friendly but the city of La Connor has paved wheelchair friendly parking areas right in town, with side walks and wheelchair friendly entrances to restaurants and shops.
The Tulips are so colorful with the breathtaking Mountain view. La Connor has a bar you can eat at. I saw John Lee Hooker there. If you are hungry and adventurous. Quaint and almost Paradise. Two rare pleasures. Lorene Sweeney
