Lexi is an amazing property manager! Angie was here before her and was wonderful as well. Both always so kind and professional in handling all aspects of apartment management. Joe and his maintenance staff, Curtis and Tanner, are quick with resolutions, with the only exceptions being 3rd party contractors, whom have their own schedule. Beautiful and well maintained property with mature trees and lawn throughout. My only complaint is with those neighbors that don't pick up after their dogs and throw/leave trash and cigarette butts everywhere. Our clubhouse is very comfortable and user friendly. A wide variety of books and movies are free for use. New furnishings since our update a couple of summer's ago. Simple but user friendly business center and 24/7 rent drop around back. The washers and dryers on the property aren't great and need updated. They're small and not maintained by the contractor well at all. Oftentimes you have to double dry larger loads. Making each load $4.50. No washers or dryers in units. There are two nice laundromats nearby. Ralston Park Apartments is definitely a great choice in the metro area. Great views of the foothills and Golden. Short drives to Boulder and Denver. Only a short drive up the canyon to Central City/Blackhawk (weather permitting) Light rail station that takes you to Union Station and to DIA is just minutes away! Beautiful pool and Jacuzzi area with comfortable chairs and an outdoor grill. Grills located throughout the property for resident use, too. Walking distance to King Soopers, Dollar Tree, Dairy Queen, Walgreens, Treasure Pot Chinese Restaurant, Mountain Classic Deli. Two bus stops are located at either end of the property. Assigned parking. Very quiet at night. We did have two catalytic converters stolen; but it's an epidemic everywhere. Nice neighbors.

The staff here has been incredible. From calling with questions about leasing to my move in date. Nicole was my leasing agent and was so friendly and warm. She was very sweet and welcoming to my daughter ad well! The residents I have met so far have litterally stopped to introduce themselves and WELCOME me and my family! The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the maintenance guys are super friendly and really fast to respond. The pool is gorgeous. This is definitely home and I am so glad I found it!!! You should definitely rent here! Very affordable as well!

Ralston Park has always been my favorite place to live. Everyone is so nice and the amenities are great! They really do care and always show you in little ways, such as, breakfast or tacos or get togethers. It's a great community.

I lived at Ralston Park for 7 1/2 years. I enjoyed my time there very much. The property managers really upgraded the place and made you feel like family! They planned so many fun things for their residents. I feel like they really care. It was sad to leave and the only reason I left is because I bought a place. If I were still renting, I would have stayed. I will miss this place!!
