Don't order from this Papa Johns (Ralson and Ward). I've ordered from them 6 times now and 5 times they've had issues. From pizzas not cut correctly, squashed papadias, and missing items. Even after calling them to fix the missing items, they say someone will be right there. Over 2 hours later and still no replacement or refund. Papa Johns corporate should revoke these place's franchise license.

Worst experience. Waited 1 hour when we were told it would be 30 min. Got pizza, it wasn't cooked. Called store and was told they would send another pizza. Never showed. Called store again to be told they door dashed it. Then manager said he would personally make another pizza and deliver . once again did not get it. My first order was placed at 4:30 and its 8:30 and never got a replacement pizza. I wouldn't bother ordering from this store. Wouldn't want you to starve.

Just moved back to this side of town, placed a small order and waited about 45 min the estimated wait was 30-40 for delivery. When I went to track my order it showed my order just being prepared not even cooked yet. I called the store and a friendly girl on the phone said their online orders haven't been working but without getting my name or order she said they would start it immediately and get it out for me. Since I ordered food for lunch and I requested a refund. She was kind but it was also odd that if the computer system isn't working why are they allowing online orders to be placed and how did she know what order I was calling about without any information. Just disappointing ordering pizza shouldn't be that hard.

I order from Papa Johns all the time. I just moved to CO from another state so I figured an easy food to eat while unpacking would be, you guessed it, Papa Johns. However, the order arrived missing toppings and when I contacted them, they told me they could not refund me for the missing toppings. They offered to give me a reward onto my account and they even said that they put it on there. However, there is no reward as the employee specified, on my account. If he didn't know how to do a refund he could have just asked for help. That said, I will not be ordering from this location in the future. Nonetheless it wasn't all bad, the delivery driver was a sweetheart!
