The apartments are great, but we all know that what matters a lot when it comes to renting is the people in the office and ever since Jessica Ruiz came here, I love going to her directly! She is so helpful every time and if she needs to get back to me, she does it when expected and doesn't forget about me. I 100% recommend asking for Jessica if you're going to get a lease here!

I recently moved to Gateway at Arvada Ridge and it was one of the best moves I have made! Rachael, Jessica, and Jocelyn in the leasing office are the sweetest and always make sure things are taken care of. Duran (Art) the maintenance man is always friendly and gets requests done so fast! I’m happy to be a Gateway resident! ❤️

While we know the issues aren't the offices fault, there are some problems here that need fixing. The security being the biggest problem. We do have a security company but they can only do so much. My car was stolen from our well lit parking lot and if we had cameras, that might've not happened. There is no cameras in the buildings either so many, many packages have stolen. My building alone was having so many issues that we had to get them sent to the office but my packages still manage to go missing. The amenities are nice and my husband and I take full advantage of those. It's always clean we appreciate that. The dog owners really need to pick up after their dogs, it got pretty bad this winter and it just makes our community look poor. I am hoping the new management can get their footing, step up security, and really make this place the community it deserves to be.

I lived here about a year and a half before I had to move out for a career opportunity. I did not want to leave this great apartment complex! The staff is absolutely great, the apartments and complex are well kept and modern. I hope to move back to the Arvada area in the future and hope Gateway will have an available unit at that time. A few packages were shipped late and sent to my apartment here after I moved but the staff was willing to help me track them down and keep them for me until I picked them up. Great location and an awesome place to live! I hope I can live here again one day.
