I brought my shihtzu in for a grooming appointment. My dog developed severe anxiety after taking her to petco for grooming which is why we decided to give petsmart a chance. Although she was difficult, Chloe and the bathing specialist were SOOOO helpful and sooooo kind. If your dogs needs to grooming, I highly recommend Chloe. She’s passionate about her job, kind, so resourceful and the overall customer care that she deliver surpassed any experience I’ve ever had at a grooming salon. Will be coming back!!!

Charging for large crickets, when they are clearly not. It's only pennies, but super dishonest, and terrible customer service.

There are cats available for adoption through an animal shelter that uses some space in the front.

They do have kitten's. You have to go to the table next to the adoption room door. There is a binder with all the kitties info

They dont have boarding at this location. i believe the closest is the Woodinville location.
