Come in Popeyes you can do better. Asked twice for honey. Got back to work, guess what no honey. No butter just have to eat this dry biscuit. Oh and maybe more that one napkin would be a good idea. It is fried chicken. Last 3 trips, ask for honey get no honey.

I'd normally rate this place 4 or 5 stars for the tasty food, but my family went there hungry, and went home with stomach aches. That's not to say we ate a lot, no; it was rather the opposite. We all got nuggets, and we all felt sick. Maybe they were ill-prepared, maybe they were expired. I don't know. I'd go again though, because I think it was just a one-off thing. The biscuits are great.

I had a large online order delivered from here. The order had several issues, missing items, smaller portions, etc...I called and told them about the issues, the lady had an attitude immediately. I was being polite when speaking with her but she was just getting mad and raising her voice. I asked about my order being wrong, she said do you have a receipt, of course I did. She asked for the number, so I gave her the only number I could see on the receipt. She said that's not the right number (again in a rude way) and said if I don't see the number then I must not have a receipt. So I asked to speak to a manager, because of her attitude. She told me she is the manager, and when I asked for her name she said I'm not speaking with you anymore, and hung up. The order was for $72 (feeding a family get together) and it was missing so many things. Otherwise I wouldn't have even bothered...but the fact the "manager" had an attitude from the beginning and just got worse, is sad and bad management. I didn't get half the food so I'm basically out $35. I tried to call back but she would just hang up

I have gone to, ordered from, or sat in the drive thru of this establishment a variety of times now hoping it would eventually get better service. Not a single time have I ever waited for less than an hour. It would be faster to sit down and eat at a restaurant than it would be to go here.

It is upsetting, but probably not as much as bad spelling and lack of punctuation does.
