I'm 50/50 on whether I recommend this place. They have alot of items in their store but not sure about recommending service there. I made an appointment to bring my new truck in to have a 5th wheel hitch installed. They order custom frame brackets and I had the rest of the parts, to include a package of new shims, bolts, nuts and washers. They were going to "try" finishing the job in 1 day, and they told me to be there by 9am. when I showed up at 9am, I was informed that the mechanic that does hitches was in school and would be in during the afternoon. so I guess I really didn't need to be there early. On the afternoon of the 2nd day, I was informed the job would take another day (3 days for a 4-6 hr job). I voiced my concern and within a few hours, they called and said it was going to be finished in 30 minutes. I head over to get my truck. After inspecting my truck, I notice my new tonneau cover was draping into the bed, also saw that the 4 pins that secure the hitch to the bed rails were missing and only about 1/2 the bolts (I finished drilling the rest). Once home, I also scrutinized the receipt and it appears as though I was also charged for extra supplies, which were in the back seat. Not sure I'd go back. Sorry

In July of 2014 we drove from Missouri and rented a Class C RV from Mountain Road. We proceeded to have a very memorable first RV experience! The guys at Mountain Road were quite helpful and accommodating. They patiently answered all of our questions and made sure we understood how everything worked on the RV. The price was great! Very straight forward without all of the extra fees of the larger rental chains. Maine is very beautiful. If you're going to see it, stop by Mountain Road RV and let these guys show you how! We will be back!!!
