Mike does a phenomenal job with the walk through and tutorials of how to run everything! Highly recommend, especially where we did months of searching around different locations.

My wife and I went to Scott's last week to apply for a toy hauler we saw online. Right from the start Justin M in Sales was super helpful. He located the hauler, walked us out, and answered all of our questions with no hesitation. When dealing with Lauren in the finance department, it was a breeze, and he truly makes you feel comfortable with the buying process. Mike the technician who walked us through every square inch of our camper went above and beyond answering questions, showing us how every single function worked, and what to do in emergency situations. One camper had an issue with the slide, but Steve took the time to make sure it was fixed properly. We purchased a travel trailer from Scott's Recreation in Manchester about 2 years ago and were extremely happy with every part of that process. From the initial "shopping" phase to the acquisition and beyond, Scott's has provided outstanding support. However, it wasn't until this past week when we brought our camper in for service, after a long drive across the U.S., that we realized just how fortunate we were to have purchased our unit from Scott's.
