I love the Pawnee and Seneca store. Never have I had issues with not being able to find something, that they were more than happy to help me fine!!! Now every single time I shop the Woodlawn location and ask a store associate for help. They point over there in that isle. This happened 4 times today. Twice by the young lady working the register. I finally showed her a photo from their website that I was looking for, and requested to have someone help us. (Myself and a Elderly lady with walker, who has Parkinson’s) she then said you should try isle 6. So I walked down and back, still not finding it. Told the cashier never mind we’ll go somewhere else. She than attempted to pick up store phone to call someone to help us. (Sorry you should have done that at my first request.)She needs to attend a training in costumer service. We drive in from Towanda, it’s just sad we have to travel all the way to Pawnee and Seneca to get the BEST service.
