This is by far the best dog groomer in Pinellas County! Our dogs have always come home looking beautiful and happy. Other groomers that we have experienced send our dogs home traumatized. Not Peggy, Beth, and staff. They are very caring, friendly and nice. Highly recommend!

I took my dog Toby here for about eight months. I loved them. They were always so good with my dog and so very nice to me. However, something came up at my last appointment and I had to cancel at the last minute. It was unforeseenable. If I were rating them just on how they groomed my dog I would give them five stars. But after I had to cancel I called back four different times trying to reschedule and I left messages each time and no one ever returned my call. I had no choice but to find another groomer. I don't understand that kind of customer service and for that reason I rated them at two stars.
