Go somewhere else and save yourself the money. The amount you spend here you will be able to take care of your pet and 3 others! They do not care about your pet and actively sabotage their health. I've spend 2k in 2 months for them to tell me my dog is allergic to fleas and I have set up the home delivery 3x over that has been in place previously for over a year and AGAIN they do not have it in the system. My dog is allergic to fleas and is now waiting over a month for their medicine and their answer to if they could overnight the the medicine they slipped up on is that I would need to pay for it. I am requesting my dogs medical records now. DO NOT GO HERE

Dr. West is an absolute angel!!! She has been my dog doobies doctor for a while now and I couldn’t be happier with the results, care and love she gives him. Also she is very accommodating and personable with me as well which is hard to find. I live in Clearwater but she is worth the drive.

They're okay sometimes. Really depends on the staff members you encounter that day. I sent an email requesting my cat's records, and they replied by saying the records were attached... which they weren't. Instead they attached a medical request form and didn't explain that it needed to be filled out. They have a policy that if you have a past due balance, they won't send you records. So instead of explaining any of that to me, they sent me a separate email that should have been sent months ago about my pet insurance account being closed. If you're going to hold someone's pet's medical records ransom, at least be upfront about it instead of passive aggressive.

To preface this review, I’ve only gone to Noah’s once. Pros: Super friendly staff. They have accommodating hours. Cons: The vet never touched my dog. I was quite astonished by this. She briefly spoke with me about his symptoms (mostly lethargy) and then asked the tech to draw up a long list of tests to run. Grand total was ~ $1200. I declined and saw another vet. It was disappointing. I don’t like giving poor reviews but I also don’t want others wasting time and money for no reason.
