The Vet techs were incredibly kind and so sweet. We were taken care of quickly and kindly! We were unable to get in to our regular vet and were recommended here! Our cats were quite ill and they were quick to help and comfort as we were extremely stressed and worried. They calmly and effectively answered all my questions. They explained everything they were treating. The Dr was incredible and made sure to check everything thoroughly. They reached out to check on our babies next day and made sure they were ok. I am so grateful I was recommended here. We will come back for the best care.

Last year I had adopted a senior dog from the shelter. I had an exam scheduled soon after getting her to make sure she was healthy. However, a few days before her exam she started showing some bleeding that concerned me. I called this vet office and they were able to get me in right away. By the time I brought her there, she was losing blood at a much more rapid pace and her health declined quickly out of nowhere. The receptionist made sure I was able to see a vet as soon as possible. The vet went over all of my options regarding testing, treatment, and pricing. However, after all of the testing was done, he informed me that any treatment regardless of how expensive it was would most likely prolong this poor dog’s suffering. I would’ve done anything to save her, but based on the vet’s recommendation I decided to have her put down. This was absolutely gut wrenching for me, but the vet and the technician were so compassionate throughout the visit. Their kindness made a horrible situation a little more tolerable for me, so thank you to the office for how you handled this situation and for taking care of my pup for the last few hours of her life.

Dr. Ford and her staff were amazing. I brought my wheaten terrier in because he was really sick and not only did Sprout have the best time there, I think he wanted to stay longer! There is nothing worse then when your pup is sick & you have no idea why, but Dr. Ford was really attentive & made us feel very comfortable. She also suggested a few options for care and was price conscious which I really appreciated. 10/10 would recommend taking your fur babies here for any sort of emergency!

Precious, my kitten, was quite ill and they fit her in quickly. I arrived and was greeted in a kind and professional manner by a marvelous receptionist. There was a very short wait maybe 2 minutes for the outstanding tech and another 5 minutes for the vet. That was nothing! Her exam was thorough, practical and gentle. I am a doctor (human) and I was extremely impressed with everybody here. I highly recommend this facility
