I am not sure how this place is legal but it must be to exist. The animals seem to be treated so poorly and are in tiny cages. Some alone, and without food or water seemingly overnight. The girl who answered the phone when I inquired about a puppy was incredibly rude, in my opinion. The urge to buy all of the precious babies in cages to rescue them is very real. I can't support this business though.

I went in tonight to see if they had hermit crab shells, figured I have searched just about everywhere. Before I even walked in I stopped to see the dogs in the window and what an incredibly sad situation. 😔 First I believe it was one of the King Charles puppies was attacking another litter mate, had the litter mate by the neck and was obviously fighting with the other one. The problem I seen was they were feeding these puppies (all of them) from one food bowl in each kennel. I walked straight back to where the fish were and noticed how incredibly dirty the tanks were. This should be a pretty easy fix if the owner or the employees cared. As I made my way to the far back where the hermit crabs were, not only were they in the wrong kind of substrate, but the food/water dishes were gross and dirty. The sponges were black and the humidity was so incredibly low, if be surprised if they made it to next week. This entire store needs to be cleaned. The mice were fighting and chasing each other in a small 10 gallon tank with (10 maybe more mice per tank) along with all the other hamsters. When I was leaving I turned to look at the bird cages and it was another sad story. Yes they had water, yes they had food but it was so sad to see them in a dirty cage with poop all over the bottom. Now I know certain things get left behind when hiring young employees to sell pets. But this excuse of a pet shop NEEDS to be CLOSED these poor pets deserve so much more than this place can give.

This place is truly inhumane, please buy animals from pet stores that care about the health of their animals. There were ball pythons being housed together, which can easily lead to death and you’re not supposed to to under any circumstances unless you’re breeding which this place definitely should not be. The same goes for their hamsters. Their axolotls had gills that looked sparse and sad. All the reptiles seemed to be glass surfing and very bored and unhealthy. The kittens seemed way too small to be sold. And the rodents are on mesh wheels which can easily cause bumble foot and infection that leads to death, it’s very common and literally any ounce of research would tell you not to use those wheels. Just so sad man. The puppies lay in filth and are in tiny boxes. Please do not financially support a place that treats LIVING BEINGS like display art. You’re not saving the animals by buying them, you’re just creating another empty spot for them to fill. The saddest part is apparently this place has been open for a decade or so. The amount of time available to just look into how to take care of and properly house the animals you sell and yet they still fall so short. Honestly unacceptable.

I walked in thinking cats... I was surprised to see fish, mice and adorable rats. I was stunned and gitty to see, for my time time ever, Double Rex Rats. I had only seen them in pictures before... So seeing super cute semi hairless rats was a delight! The employee was wonderful and knowledgeable... Even another customer was delighted to see all the rats pouring out of the rat house when it was lifted up to grab the Double Rex pair.

They have a lot of birds, but I never paid attention to what kinds they have. I think they have canaries and lots of varieties of finches but I think they have some parakeets too. Can't help on price or season though, sorry. Give them a call! They're very sweet people.
We have them in stock now although I don’t know if I’d recommend getting a “ friend” for your bunny , they don’t always get along
We have chihuahuas, Aussiedoodles and boxers in now and I have no idea what Robert Good is saying ?
When I worked in a mall the stores that sell puppies have a place to walk the puppies and play where customers cannot get to them and the puppies can't get out but can safely play.
We don’t have any in now but if you called the store we can put you on the list and call you when we do
