Absolutely a busy place. I understand the frustrations of the 1 star raters, but the scenario is for basically entire US healthcare system, unless you're super rich. 5 stars for the absolute professional performance of the office, especially Michelle. She got my trickiest vein so accuratly like she's a CT scanner, when barely no one ever succeed on it. I've been coming to this office for long time. Reliable.

I have nothing against the staff as I know they are doing their best with Covid procedures. But I am frustrated with the waste of my time my appointment was. I always try to arrive almost an hour ahead of my appointments so for my 11:20am appointment I arrived around 10:35am. When they finally did see me sometime after my appointment schedule, I was the told my insurance wasn't accepted at their location. Why I am frustrated is that when checking in I gave my insurance information upfront. Why wasn't I told earlier that I wouldn't be able to do my bloodwork then instead of an hour later? I am now sitting at another lab as a walk in hoping they'll be able to take me before I have to leave for work and will not be able to schedule an appointment with this other lab as they are booked for the week. I was not even provided with a list of other locations I could try. I got that from a lab from another floor in the same building who also denied me, but at least didn't waste my time.

This Place Used To Be Walk-in Friendly, But All Of The Sudden It's Only By Appointment. Also, The Security Guard Was Disrespectful To Me Because I Guess I Didn't Have A Appointment.

What a waste of my time. My appointment was at 7:20 am and I had six people in front of me. Sat and waited a few minutes. Nobody was being called.
