I go here for the longest, but my last visit I had the most rude & unprofessional staff I ever met. Analysa greated me with an attitude, shouting at me, kept sighing the whole time & threaten not to do my orders bc I did not prepare for it. I happen to feel sick the previous day before I had my appointment & was not able to drink & hold anything I ate or drink. So I was dehydrated. It felt like she doesn’t want to do anything or help me at all. That was the first time I encounter a staff who is so uneducated with costumer service. As a nurse I never treated a patient with such manner no matter how difficult they can be. I hope someday somebody will treat her & her loved ones the same disrespect she showed me.

What number do you have to dial to get through to speak to someone in an office? I’ve called 10 different locations and their automated system doesn’t direct me to a person. Pressing the option to speak to a representative only comes back with “Sorry, that’s not a valid option.” So how do I get in touch with any of the centers around me?

My moteher and I have both been to this particular location. Every single time the staff has been courteous, friendly and efficient. I've been to other locations and the experience hasn't been as great as here. Whenever we need to have blood work drawn (my mom's it often) we make it a point to come to this location. So far so good!
