Natasha is amazing and very accommodating. She squoze me in as a walk in even though they are under staffed and require appointments for grooming services. She took the time to update our information in the computer system and even performed services above and beyond our nail needs. She has won us back as customers!

I like that they test you fish tank water for free and document your results. They will stand by products they sell and refund defective products. They do their best to provide good customer service to all their customers !!

You should call the store and ask.
Most stores have a shared space with Banfield Pet Hospitals. I think Banfield is pricey, unless it's the 1st year of your pets life. Because if you buy into their yearly plan it's worth it, it includes spay or neutering along with all the 1st year vaccines, etc. But after that they're higher priced. I've heard Orchards Vet is economical.
Yes they do have various birds, love the sound when you walk in.

They have adoption days twice a month usually on the weekends sponsored by shelters and non profit organizations. Petsmart does not actually adopt out the dogs themselves, but you fill out all of the paperwork through them.
