Long wait at this location. Got here at 1:25pm and waited roughly 30min just to remove hold on my zelle account. Please value my time as much as I do for you (for example, I saw one associate leaving the desk for lunch despite of long line and I respect their lunch time). They could have at least acknowledged or informed us it would take some time.
