Eastside Bavarian has done a stellar job in maintaining my BMW X5 in top notch condition for the past several years. They have replaced the coolant system (my car would shut down with engine overheating warning) and fixed an oil leak by replacing the valve cover. I was still sensing a leak and they immediately took the car back and replaced the valve cover a second time, which was cracked, free of charge. It gives me great peace of mind knowing my car is in good hands.

TL;DR good prices, great people My first BMW went out of warranty recently, and I decided to try out this shop based on how close to home they are, and how many good reviews they have. I am very happy that I did - their oil change price is lower than the dealership, and the service is also excellent. From booking the appointment to picking up my car, it was very easy to communicate with all of the staff members, and ask questions. Everyone was knowledgeable about my car, and where patient about answering the questions I had. I am a very happy customer, and will be sure to return and refer everyone I know.
