We’ve been shopping around for a hot tub for a few months now, and the reason we went with Olympic Hot Tub in Issaquah is because of the great service provided by Mary Holzapfel. She walked us through the options, available inventory, and delivery dates without an ounce of pressure when we first came in back in the fall last year, and she showed the same courtesy and respect when we returned today to make our final purchase. Thank you, Mary! We’re excited about our new hot tub!

I want to love this company, but they are making that difficult because of their terrible customer service. The only reason this is not a 1-star rating is because our sales associate, Jonathan, has been helpful navigating the poor customer service department calls, and the original purchase of the hot tub was smooth and enjoyable. We received our "Relay" Hot Springs hot tub the third week in February 2021. It was one week late arriving, but that was not a big deal at all. It is COVID-season after all, and it sounds like many hot tubs are being ordered and are in short supply during this time. The hot tub arrived with a gash in the corner of the exterior shell. It's 4/19/21, and after TWO attempts at having a service person out to replace the corner panel, no luck. The first time, we were texted the night before with a time window for when the tech would come out. The tech never showed, and we were never told by anyone that would be the case. Such a waste of time since I stayed home from work. Later, we were told the reason the tech never showed up was because the replacement part arrived in the warehouse, but no one could find it to have it installed. I just wish we could have been texted or called that day so we knew not to expect someone. A service manager left a voicemail a couple days later to inform me they would order another part. It's 4 weeks later, and 8 weeks after the original delivery, and we had an appointment again this afternoon to fix the panel. Again, it was missed, and again, no communication as to why. We had to call in AGAIN to customer service to have someone research and tell us that the tech called in sick. I'm human, and I know things like this happen... but why not call or text to let us know? Again, another costly day missed from work, for nothing. Going back to our initial hot tub install. When being set up for the first use, the valet noticed that our hot tub also arrived with out the ozone system installed. Another valet came out a week later to install the ozone system. A week later, we noticed there was a leak coming from behind the main tub panel. We called customer service, and they sent someone out a few days later. Turns out the ozone system malfunctioned, was causing a small leak, and a new one needed to be installed. Luckily it was covered under the warranty. Finally, one more issue we've been having is that we've been getting an error code when using the hot tub. Error code is "=====" which means call a tech. The hot tub doesn't heat when we get this error code. We called customer service about this, and it sounds like a valet will be coming out this coming Friday to look in to this for us. Fingers crossed it gets looked at and figured out. It's been a very trying first 2 months of hot tub ownership to say the least, and I hope communication with Olympic Hot Tub customer service improves. We hope things turn around with our experience, and once they have, I'd love to write an amended (and hopefully happier) review.

I have owned the Grandee tub from Olympic Hot tub for 4 years. There service and follow up is AMAZING. We struggled a bit in the beginning to get the water right - and both their sales and service dept did EVERYTHING they could to figure it out and fix it even after our warranty expired. Victoria (sales) is a great professional and knowledgeable sales person. Tamara in sales has helped me often and always has the BEST advice and takes perfect care of her customers. Don't buy a hot tub anywhere else! The sales and service experience here was flawless.

Bought our hot tub from Tamara Hall. Polite, friendly, no pressure sales. We've had the tub for 7 months. I had a problem with the tub a month later, and it was promptly fixed under warranty.
