Even though Coldwell Banker Bain is a big company, John provides very personalized service. This summer John helped me sell my Issaquah house and purchase a condo in Bellevue. Throughout the whole process he was always available and ready with answers for the questions I had. Buying the condo was relatively straight forward since I knew what I wanted. Selling the house was a little more challenging. Although it is well built and has a nice location, it is smaller and older than many that are on the market now. John and his team produced a beautiful brochure and an online presence for the house. The house was shown to good advantage. The negotiations with the prospective buyer went more quickly and easily than I had hoped. Although closing is a stressful experience with a LOT of paperwork, John steered me through it. I'm happy with my new place, and I hope the buyer is happy with my old house. Many thanks to John and his team.
