Got into a misunderstanding with an employee, instead of getting rude and loud like most taco bell employees, she was extraordinarily polite and professional. Food was great.

I'd give them 0 star, but not a option. I think I can confidently say this is the worst Taco Bell in the area. I don't remember the employees ever being nice and the moment an elderly employee walked away while talking to me and said "I don't have time for this", I decided not to go to this fine establishment. Follow up - I finally got a phone call from the assistant manager and sorted everything out. Though I really don't know what happened, but she spend the time to listen to my concerns and asked to call the store directly with any issues. I was just in there to pick up something and I could tell that things are a bit different from what I remember in a better way. Went from 1 star to 4 stars due to the follow up phone call.

Not the workers' fault, but they don't even have a person manning the register. I stood there for five minutes before a girl said they'll help me when they have a minute, which took another 5+ minutes and I was the only one in line. They're working the people so hard. And the overhead menu is weird. The normal menu items are at the far left not even in front of the counter and in small print. Hey Taco Bell franchise owner, you're better than that. The food was the bomb, tho. They gave nice portions. That gets them +1 star.

Since the long-awaited reopening, the food has actually been considerably better and more consistent. Most of the new staff has been very friendly and seems happier to be working there than in years past. That being said, this location is notoriously good at not getting the order correct? Or forgetting food; I don't mind checking my order, however I have been yelled at twice for holding up the line to check with my bag for food because it apparently hurts their time in line counter 🙄. As I had stated to them, if you don't want me to have to check my bag then get my order right...
