This location has gone downhill over the last couple of years. It's often dirty, tables aren't cleaned, trash cans overflowing, napkins are out. They never seem to have enough workers and cannot keep up with online order mixed in with in person orders so customer service is very slow and disappointing. Oftentimes, they will shut down in person ordering and only allow online, which is a pain.

Online ordering is a mess, it would be faster to order your food in person. I had another experience with my online order where they replaced my ordered sauces without notice. Food itself isn’t bad and there is outside seating with covers.

Wolf Pack

I ordered for pickup to be ready about 20 minutes after I ordered (you can set times to pickup by). I got there. The staff ignored me for at least 5 minutes, maybe longer, even though they only had a few customers and had spare staff members to assist me. Finally they came and asked if I had a pickup order, I gave them the name, and they printed out the ticket and started working on it. It was supposed to be ready when I arrived. I was awkwardly standing around for 10 minutes total. Overall the staff were pretty rude. The food tasted okay but pretty sure it gave both me and my girlfriend mild food poisoning which seems to be pretty common with Chipotle apparently. Never again.

Everytime i go here the portion gets smaller and smaller. Not sure if people are being told to shake their hand while scooping rice and meat etc so the scoop is just half way. The person there was digging into the last pieces of rice until i asked him that he needs to refill the rice rather than give me the few grains left at the bottom. Then i asked to put the hot sauce on the side and he ignored my request until i asked him 3 times. Not going there again.
