Great service! Dr. Hymel is very detail oriented, sharing as much information as possible, reviewing records to better understand my dog's condition and to recommend treatment. Very happy with the service provided. We have been customers for the past 6 years - Banfield Optimum Wellness Plan - and my 14y/o Husky is doing very well.

I got no answer after they confirmed me in two business days for a vet prescription. Very hopeless. Anyway sometimes they made great jobs, it depends on who accepted you in the front desk.

I had the most amazing experience here. I am still taken back by my experience. The staff was kind, helpful and the store was in order. However it was a fellow customer that i would like to thank in particular. She was so kind and caring that she bought a little bed (and more) for a kitten that was abandoned by the mom. I only dicovered the kitten because a dog had found it and just wanted to play🙁 with it im sure but had the kitten in his mouth running through a feild. The kitten had already endured so much in just its 1st week of being alive. Thanks to the kind actions of the lady at petco i was able to get the kitten the necessary items she would need to be properly cared for. The kitten is doing well. She is happy and playful. I just wanted to say thank you agian for your kindness, generosity, and compassion. I am truly grateful.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
