So went to Qudoba tonight and had a really strange experience. Arrived to a long line and waited 15 to 20 minutes before leaving. There appeared to be a crew of 4. Halfway through my time in the building the "manager" had one of the workers jump off the line and lock all the doors in the building. Then the manager disappeared somewhere leaving only the one on the register and one person starting orders at the other end. The worker that had locked the doors was restock something but was ignoring the line. The employee at the front of the line was working his tail off at the front of the line and had stacked up something like nine orders. The worker at the register then started to help with the orders and then disappeared leaving just this one guy working on like 10 orders. Can't say I will be back. This location seems to be very poorly managed. That one guy needs a raise as he seemed to be the only one doing any work. I never saw the manager again before I left and there was no communication with the customers in line. Very strange.

I eat here all the time. It's convenient and right next to a Tesla Supercharger station, if that's your jam. June '22 update: it seems to be functionally closed at the moment. Staffing has been a huge issue for months now that we're in this weird post-COVIS phase, and I think the main manager quit. She was holding this place together. Now it's open like 2-3 hours a day. Hopefully they can find staff, because I went there at least once a week.

Had been here previously and it seemed fine. Today they locked the door as I was trying to go inside lol. At least put a note on the door saying closing early or something.

Quick, cheap, and tasty dinner. Wasn't too busy either. Always nice not to cook when you are running errands on a weeknight 😅 Seems like a healthy meal you don't have to feel guilty about!
