He made me look at 4-5 other chairs to be sure I had all the qualities I was looking for as well as some only a good salesman would know about! I was quite happy with my shopping experience. I was allowed to look at and sit in any chair without being pressured into making a purchase. Sam Duquette was available in case I had questions about the chair, which he was able to answer, again with no pressure to make a purchase.
