Cute name, cute logo, cute waffles. Unfortunately, 4 out of 6 tables were dirty, as well as the floor (and their work area where they make the waffles was a disaster). Apparently cleaning isn’t in the job description of any of the six people behind the bar. Also my « hot » tea was barely warm.

The place is pretty specious , has several tables inside. The bubble tea and waffle taste good. Because it is located on the popular street and a lot of bicyclists ride through, I wish they had tables so bicyclists can sit outside.

Asking for 30% sugar, but it tastes like 90%. Compared with another happy lemon, boba is not chewy and soft, hard instead…. Won’t come to this happy lemon anymore…

I always go to the Bellevue sq location so I was excited to try this location. It's to-go only. As a previous review mentioned, it does look closed. And I had a hot tea that did not taste impressive, kinda like sugar water even with 50% sweetness level. For a $6 small cup I would expect something nicer.
