Very rude customer service. Increased my bill from time I had ordered. I can understand in some cases a few dollars but $12. Ridiculous... The food was ok but the service made the whole experience very stressful. Will never return to this location.

I placed an order to have it delivered at the hospital here in laurinburg. My pizza arrived cold and not made correctly. We ordered the pizza with extra cheese. The manager didn't even have the decency to speak with me on the phone regarding the order. They had another employee speak for them. Claiming they turned the ovens off and they can't do anything for me tonight. While I work at the hospital we have to have food delivered we can not leave because of the department I work in. Telling me I will have to call tomorrow and get it corrected then what's a pizza tomorrow going to do when I'm eating tonight. Also not once did they offer me a refund for making a pizza wrong. Saying they've been working since 8am, I work 16 hr shifts myself and I don't blame that for not doing my job correctly. DO NOT GIVE THIS HELL WHOLE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!
