Wasted hours of my time on a simple problem (new phone activation) due to the incompetenceof the unattentive staff member i was stuck with. Next staff member had the problem fixed in 5 minutes, after waiting 10 for their computer system to stop rebooting. Still will have to wait days to unlock accounts due to mistakes of clerk 1.

I had an older iphone that my company pays for, and wanted to switch over to a newer iphone (10) that I had. I just walked into the store (without an appointment) and Melissa spent a lot of time getting me set up. Of course I forgot my password and she was very patient and walked me through the whole process. She was very helpful and a great asset to the store! Kenji

Okay, most of the problems with this store are due to location and size. The staff are always polite, and do their best. The place just has no parking and is too small for their volume. I've never gone in and not had to wait. They also don't do any services in the store, so its basically an indoor cellphone kiosk. Like I said before, the people are fine and always do their best. The store is only good to look at a few of their new options for upgrades or contracts.

I think Canada and Mexico are, but I'd check to make sure
To activate the phone you need to call them with the SIM card number and the IMEI number they will activate it
