Excellent experience. Everybody I dealt with was great to work with and all the preliminary work and insurance approvals went smoothly. They were able to get me all the pre-appointment paperwork online and I was able to get it all completed ahead of my appointment. When I got there they were right on time, the waiting area was comfortable and everybody was friendly. My appointment was with Dr. Hillard and she was terrific. She took the time to carefully explain everything and answer all my questions clearly. I would definitely recommend Eastside Audiology for anybody dealing with hearing loss or concerns.

Lisa, the office receptionist, is friendly and helpful. Audiologist, Michele Hillard, was terrific! Pleasant, thorough, knowledgeable and made my hearing testing a positive, informative, experience. I definitely recommend this facility.

Eastside Audiology is the BEST! They have helped me through decades of hearing issues, whether it be hearing tests, adjusting/cleaning my aids or buying a new one. You couldn't ask for more qualified, personable and helpful staff. They truly deserve the Five Star-plus rating. They even use to have cookies for my German shepherd hearing assistance dogs :) Thank you Eastside Audiology & Hearing Services!

Lend me your ears! Today, I had an opportunity to do my New Ears evaluation to get my hearing checked out. I’d heard rumors that as you get up in the years, that it doesn’t hertz to get your ears checked out. And I’m glad that I did. I had an absolutely amazing visit. Getting my appointment scheduled was painless and straightforward. The paperwork that was sent to me ahead of time was easy to fill out. Lesa, who greeted me and helped me get checked in was not only amazingly personable, but thorough and informative. The paperwork I filled out was reviewed with Dr. Michele and really left me feeling heard. Following that was a comprehensive evaluation if my hearing using all manner of cool technologies. After that, there was a review of the findings, paired with some really cool info about ear functionality which “g-eared” for solid contextual understanding of the findings. Overall, it was all I was expecting and more. Would definitely recommend Eastside Audiology for all your hearing needs.

The best hearing aid for you will depend entirely on the type and severity of hearing loss you’re experiencing. That’s why the process should always start with a hearing test and evaluation to see whether hearing aids will help, and which ones will address all of your hearing concerns. Some hearing aids, for example, will help manage tinnitus symptoms.
Consistent mask use, single use items, protective barriers, social distancing, lots of sanitizing.
