David helped me out as soon as I walked in the door. He helped me pick out a bed from a variety of different price ranges. He doesn’t pressure the most expensive mattress. He knows his stuff. My mom has scoliosis and as soon as he learned of that, he knew exactly what would be best for her back. Again, he showed her a variety of different beds in different price ranges and allowed her to really take her time and find the best fit. David also told us about the deals. We were able to get a free bed cover for my mom’s bed. He’s also great conversation! Great personality! Thanks again David!

Spencer was very patient and helped us made the right choice. I could tell he was genuinely trying to help us and not just trying to make a sell. We had a very specific situation with our apartment and Spencer coordinated the delivery according to our needs. We got a great mattress and bed frame, delivered on time and according to our needs and we feel we paid the fair amount. I am a happy customer of Mattress Depot due to Kenn's (salesman) never ending patience with my questions and knowledge of how to aid me in purchasing the correct bed and mattress. When the electric bed I ordered could not be delivered due to a back order, Ken was able to get me an upgrade bed at no further cost to me. Roger and his partner (I apologize as I don't remember your name) delivered the bed and made sure I understood how to use it. All said, I believe everyone at Mattress Depot from sales staff to delivery people really wish their customers happy with their purchase and I highly recommend this place. Update: Had to use store services again to upgrade mattress, once again delivery personnel (Rogelio and Reynald) were excellent!

Richard was so helpful and genuinely knowledgeable on what kind of mattress we needed for our body types and took the time to tell us if we had good/bad body alignment on a variety of different mattresses. We shopped around at a few other mattress stores and enjoyed our experience at mattress depot the best. He took great care of us and helped us find exactly what we were looking for!
