I've bought several vehicles at Hermanson's starting about 10 years ago and only had problems with one of them. They were so willing to keep me happy that they bought it back! I've bought three more since then and will continue to go there whenever I'm in the market for a used car.

Contacting BBB on them today if they do not fix situation with my friend!! I do not recommend going here. Even if you have cash out right take your cash and do yourself a favor go somewhere else. Sketchy people sketchy business and I said this before this situation. We went down here back in February and left after talking to a guy who seem to have no clue of anything yet claimed to be manager. If I could give zero stars I would!!

My fiance bought a used truck from these guys for $6k. The check engine light was on, which I thought was sketchy, but they reassured him that it was just an o2 sensor and that the next time it came on they would clear it so we could pass inspection. I smelled something fishy, so I took it to my trusted mechanic. Turns out, they sold us a truck with a cracked ball joint and busted rear leaf spring, two things that should have made the vehicle unsellable. Not only that, but the "o2 sensor" turned out to be a deep coolant leak and pretty much rusted out fuel tank system. It looks like someone also tried to "fix" the system with a shoddy silicone job. The repairs alone are going to cost around $4k, and the truck is not worth $10k. The whole experience has shed a bad light for me on this establishment. We have learned our lesson and will have our mechanic check over any future vehicles before we buy, but we will never buy another one from Auto Warehouse. I would steer clear of this place entirely.

I would like to thank Hermanson's for getting me out of a jam. Our car hit a curb and we were going to be out of work for a few days. No spare. I checked the used salvage yards around the state and nobody had a rim for my 2000 passat. I called up Hermanson's and he had a rim and almost new tire on it. Climbed out into the snowbank in his sneakers to show me the car and let me remove the tire. Gave me a really reasonable price and helped us out on the spot! Thanks!
