Have had several tattoos done here, the staff is friendly, the place is clean and professional, they definitely take time to make sure you are happy with your tattoo design and that you understand how to care for your new tattoo or piercing. I had Kyle as my artist who exceeded my expectations. Went again to have my daughter's nose pierced Kim was above and beyond helpful, patient and really friendly, another great experience.

Needle Therapy is amazing! Kim is a true professional and knows her business. She makes you comfortable and takes great care of you from start to finish, including healing care. My son and I have been twice for various ear and eyebrow piercings and have been very happy with the experience and results. They are popular and can be busy, so be prepared to wait sometimes. Understand that you will get the time you need when it is your turn. Be patient. Also, bring cash! No cards! And very important, don't forget ID, even for those underage! Birth certificates work. I highly recommend Needle Therapy to anyone looking for a great place for piercings.

This is the best piercing and tattoo shop around! Kim is my regular piercer (I’ve gotten nostril, Medusa, and snakebites from her) and she is always so professional and kind. She always is wonderful at making clients feel comfortable and safe. As an autistic person with very bad social anxiety, I feel like I can relax around them. All of the artists in shop are so friendly! I asked Phil some questions about apprenticing and he took his own time to chat with me for hours and gave me extremely useful advice. I always feel welcomed and accepted when I go to needle therapy and won’t go anywhere else. I can tell that they actively try to make their space safe for everyone. Their shop is so different compared to the traditional vision of a tattoo shop. I recommend anyone wanting piercings, a tattoo, or a coverup to please go here! :))
