Where do I start. This place has some of the m0st unprofessional teachers/caregivers. Every week the change you more money with no solid explanation why they raising their fees. They keep on call us about our kid has high temperatures like all they do over there is walk around and check temperatures. What's funny to me is that they are using an equipment that is now known for giving wrong reading. They lie about days been early release days when it wasn't. I could go on and on about all the bad treatments they provide for the kids. We even caught on of them manhandled a child one afternoon when they allowed us to go back to the classroom. I wish all us parents woule hold them accountable for all their actions and lies.

Went here when I was a child around 2008 and have a faint memory of my Spiderman sandals coming off and had no idea how to put them on. Teacher threw a fit and I was sent to a Cafe and put in the fridge. I have no idea if this is a faint memory or reality but I remember crying and It wasn't a dream. They also forgot to put me on the bus multiple times.

My son has been going here for about a year and a half now. He utilizes speech, occupational and now their behavioral therapies offered. Without them, I'm not sure my son would have progressed as much as he has in the time he has been there. They handle incidents with the children properly, keep good staff, work with me depending on not only my sons needs, but mine as a parent as well. They all keep me updated on my sons progress... teachers, therapists, etc.... I even get pictures on the app they use to see what my son does during the day. I will keep my son there until he ages out... That is going to be a very sad day.

They have messed up priorities and they put us off for 2 months and giggled on the phone and tried to play off like oh major set backs but here we are calling to be the hero’s. Then they tried to pressure where my child did receive help and I didn’t discuss anything any further. Not to keep people informed is unacceptable. These are persons with disabilities needing guidance and help it’s not a joke or something to blow off. With all the other poor reviews I would have hoped for a better outcome but apparently it’s truth and well…..it’s just beyond sad.

It depends on the age of the child, and weather or not you have a voucher. I highly recommend getting a voucher first..
I am sorry but I am not sure
I'm not sure I am only a person who works as a cleaning supervisor there for a private company
We service the younger population from 0-5 year olds. The older one's are determined by the school they attend and the IEP committee.
