I recently decided to update my security system to include state-of-the art cameras. On the advice of a good friend John, I contacted Robert at APS Security and Fire whom John after years of service highly recommended. Robert and his team of Darryl and Mike installed a neat system of alarms and surveillance cameras that are coordinated with my home computer-cell phones and tablet !!! I also added a CPU battery back-up hurricane prone as we are. Special note of appreciation goes to installer Darryl - He is sooooo patient--- repeated things and procedures and wrote hints down that have made an "Old Schooler" almost tech savvy. Robert and APS reduced my monthly cost by $12.00 from my old company and a follow up visit by Darryl remedied 5 small tweaks in less than 30 minutes. Now that is service. Best part- we had a "test" of the system a couple nights ago when the sliding glass door wasn't closed tightly and Molly my lab set the alarms off at 1am. Did we wake up - oh, yeah !!! PLUS the APS security center was calling just seconds after the alarm was turned off. This is what you want from a security system - peace of mind that it will work when you need it and APS delivered !!! THANK YOU !!!
