Rocky and Seddrick always have a smile, and nothing is too hard for them to remove. On days when it’s over 100°, they’re still smiling. Cheers to Rocky and Seddrick. They’re the good looking ones lol -Barbara DeCamp

Thanks for wasting my time on ignorant questions. But seriously, I'm sure it's not purposely done. Just call them and I'm sure a supervisor will handle the issue

What city do you live in

When Waste Management picks up recycling material from beach front condos does it matter if the condo separates the plastics, glass and paper in separate bins or does the separation get done at the recycling facility? Thanks

We don't live beachside, or in condos, so I'm not sure of it's different. But my wife and I always had 3 recycling bins, and would separate plastic, glass and paper, hoping to make it easier on them. The guys that came through our subdivision told me it doesn't matter, they dump it all into the same space, in the same truck and it gets sorted at the recycling facility.

How come your company sent flyers out stating they would pick up recycling on Saturday after Christmas and you didn't even show up don't bother sending flyers out if you are going the follow through it's been two weeks of no recycling pickup

Because they are a completely and totally unreliable company, that gets paid by the city even if they fail to fulfill their duties within a reasonable time frame. Look how long it took them to pick up the hurricane debris. I believe it was Palm Coast that fined them for failing to pick up hurricane debris withing a reasonable time frame. We've had weeks where they didn't even bother to pick up the garbage or recycling.
