Absolutely fantastic service. Guy and his team of experts figured out my gas fireplace issue and installed a new one quickly with absolutely no problem. They are also very competitively priced! Definitely recommend calling them if you need a new fireplace!

We bought a free standing gas fireplace last month from Thompson's Home and Hearth and had such a good experience from start to finish. We had some problems with the installation (not done by Thompsons!) and Guy talked us through everything. He was always available to help us and we so appreciated it!

Excellent service all the way around. Had Thompson's install a gas log fireplace a number of years ago, and we've enjoyed it consistently trouble free until we unwittingly rearranged the logs incorrectly, which created a problem with the gas flow. After calling Thompson's, Guy drove out to our house and diagnosed/ explained the problem as well getting the logs back in order, all free of charge. Caring, personalized customer service such as this is rare these days, we will unhesitatingly recommend Thompson's to family and friends.

What are the Covid safety practices like here?

I haven't seen very much foot traffic in my last visit. I can imagine even with moderate crowd, there will be enough walking space practicing social distance. Masks are required for customers and staff. They also use latest credit card terminals minimizing contact. I don't have details about surface sanitization details, though.

I have an existing wood stove and want to be sure what was built behind the stove is to code. Do you know the requirements or the site I can go to. I have searched but have not found anything.
