I have always had a good experience at this petco. Very friendly and helpful staff! What really put it over the top though was the very nice staff member who so graciously let me run in after closing time to grab something I needed! It was at least 10 mins after close and Erin saw us walk up as she was locking the door and let us in. So kind!!

Came in to buy some goldfish for my son, gm asks for what they are for, why do you care sell me my fish! I can’t believe they make a big deal over 25 cents goldfish, she tells me I need to buy a 14 gallon tank for a goldfish because they grow so big… ok then why do you guys have 100 fishes in the small tank for showing …. Hypocracy. I saw a whole handful already dead inside the tank…., GM just wants to say no to little kids to be upset sorry your life as a job in a pet store is horrible

I’m not the biggest fan of big-brand pet stores like this one but it’s not the worst I’ve come across. The animals seem to be maintained and tanks seemed to be cleaner than other stores I have visited. Their turtle tank needs some work. It had 5 turtles in it, with only a platform that could fit 2ish, Forcing the other 3 to swim around. The tank was empty, with no decorations, sand, or plants. Seemed very sad.

The manager of one of my favorite stores, may be a good manager for the woke.but to deal with senior citizens he has no clue. So I am not saying stop shopping at the store, but at the moment, don't interact with ,the current manager. He loves to talk more than listen. Regards
