Every time I have gone into this place, animals have always been malnourished, neglected, and in horrible conditions. Went in in January and nearly every fish was dead. At the gold fish tank, there was easily over 50 fish in a single 20 gallon tank and they had no room to move!!! Every fish I have gotten here has died within a few days. When going to the neighboring fish store, all of them have lived (in the same conditions as the pet smart ones). Employees were friendly, but their attention to the animals was poor and devastating. Everyone I know has sworn to never go back to this establishment or support them.

Elena is the best and we are so lucky to find her at this location! She is patient, friendly and professional. Our dog has been going here since he was a puppy, and he had no problem with grooming from the beginning. Elena is very good at making adjustments to meet our needs as well. We feel our pup gets lots of love and great care.

This is my first dog and we stared grooming him since he was 2 months we were in another place but we have training classes here so we change my dog to this place but when they gave him to me he was very scared and stared to cry when he normally does not do that, after we went home and I pet hem I felt a scar in his ear and when I check there was a small part of his ear cut .we went in the morning with my parents to claim about it but they said that the groomer did not feel nothing, but that could not be possible because he had to cry and because it looks like they put some special cream to cure it. Since then he stared to act weird and I don’t know what they did to him I just know that they cut part of his ear and I fell really impotent about it. I am writing this because I don’t want no one to pass throw this.

Made my appointment by calling, and I specifically said a haircut and bath. When my mom went to drop him off, the person at the desk kept asking her if she wanted to add on other services, even after she told them no repeatedly. When we picked him up it was not at all what we said we wanted. We got the call to pick him up at 6, and when we went it was completely not what we expected. His fur was cut too short, and was very uneven. There are tufts of hair that are sticking out and uneven lengths. Don't know what they did in the four hours they had my dog, but the end product does not show it. The hair around his face is barely trimmed, and the hair looks jagged and uneven. My dog also loves people, but when we picked him up it looked like he couldn't get out of there quick enough.Not sure what they did to him but I would not bring him here ever again.

Yes, but you’ll be turned away as they do not accept same-day appointments. Call 1-2 weeks ahead for a /chance/ at just a bath.

They do have cats for adoption but you need to call if there are any now.
They have great prices and choices but I will never leave my dog with them again.... I don't know about kennels l had left my dog there for grooming a couple of times.... he will never go back because of how they treat your pet/friend.
Nope. In the last 4-5 years they’ve only had 1 canine pet adoption partner at this location and they had to break ties with them after they were found to be puppy-milling and using PetSmart as a front to sell their dogs.
