If you mean seam ripper with a serrated edge, yes they have them. They have a great fabric & notion dept.

Hobby Lobby and JoAnn's Fabric have had Harry Potter material. If those places are too far for you to get to versus Ben Franklin maybe ask if they can order what you're looking for ( usually free of charge) and Michael's / Craft Warehouse do the same. Make calls instead to these entities and you'll end up with exactly what you're looking for 😆
