There is this grimey moldy black sludge on everything in these apartments that no matter how hard you deep clean...does not go away. These apartments have NEVER had any upkeep in 30 years..I lived here for almost 4 years..always paid rent on time.. was never in breach of lease contract when Rosemary decided not to renew my lease and gave me NO REASON. In the process of moving out the new little evil 21 year old office manager girl named Alexis..was horrible! She barged in on me moving out 3 times without knocking and walked through my apartment while I was in another room packing!!!???.. I have no idea if she Took anything.. She was so rude AND she called the police on me!!!!!??? My pod was open and sitting in front of the building as I was moving out. I think what she did is illegal. I am thinking about suing the keys because my experience there was terrible.

Been a renter since January 2021. Would have moved out but new facility wasn’t ready and had to extend lease here till I can move end of this month. The infrastructure is old (hot water tank, HVAC and furnace) ALL of which went out minimum of 6x’s in last year and of course it happened when each was needed. Total days without Heat in winter or HVAC in Summer has exceed 2 weeks. Hot water over 2 week. Maintenance crew really could care less and had “0” sense of urgency in fixing the problems. Additionally the pool facilities only operate Memoral day through Labor Day when all other complexes in the area are open year around and significantly longer season. Strongly encourage one looking for a complex to look elsewhere.

If I could give it negative stars…. i would. First of all, when signing with us, we were told about the amenities which were the pool, indoor pool, tennis courts, hot tub, racquetball room, and the gym, park, etc. hot tub, and indoor pool were closed for 8 months of of the 12 of our lease. Racquetball room had been closed for awhile too, and gym was closed for like a month for renovations. The worst part- there is no communication. How are we paying for amenities that are unavailable to us? The least they could do was sending out an email, or give notice of SOME sort that these things were happening. It’s the fact that we signed under the impression that the hot tub and indoor pool were part of the amenities available to us, and they weren’t for almost all of our lease. The ladies in the office were not kind because we are younger adults…. They talked down on us like we have never rented before. Very disappointed. Also… SO many roaches throughout our year there. And we were on the third floor, and we’re very clean. Disappointed is an understatement for this apartment. I can’t name a month we weren’t frustrated with something. The apartment itself was underwhelming when we walked in and throughout our time there things just came apart. A whole door came off when opening it the way anyone opens a door. The AC was broken (Mid August) the first week we moved in. Just seriously please look somewhere else.

My roommate and I just moved in and there have been a number of issues in just one week. My bath tub was leaking water to the floor, puddles and puddles of it, the outlets outside did not work, the oven did not turn on, the baseboard was missing pieces, and the faucets for the washer were leaking. This week has been horrible because maintenance has to come in and out to work on these issues that should have been worked out PRIOR to our move in. While they have been in here they have left the bedroom door open when they left letting my cat escape the room. Left our back closet on door wide open, left the back door unlocked, and tracked dirt into my bathroom. I need to wash the tons of towels I had to use to soak up the water but I can’t do that because I can’t hook up my washer. When I expressed my concerns to the man in the front office, he was not kind or apologetic. I use a single cuss word when describing how my week has been, and he then proceeded to tell me I shouldn’t talk to a man of his age that way. As if he were my father. I wish so badly I had not picked this place to live.

Good Morning Darlene! Thank you for your concern. Yes! We are open and all is well. Damage was minimal and no flooding. We have power and are getting back into the swing of things in the office today!
