I truly want to love this place. Everything has been great except for the upstairs tenants flooring issues. The sound proofing is simply non existent. I hear stomping around like an elephant lives up there and the floors creak loudly especially in the bedrooms. Unsure if this is the tenants or sound proofing issue, but it truly sucks! Haven’t had a day in awhile where I wake up and not someone else waking me up. Office staff is very nice, and they actually answer phones and maintenance helps out very promptly. The grounds are quite nice and well maintained. I also love their pet policy. Like I said I would really love to rate this place higher, but peace and quiet is very much needed when you are at your own home.

We have lived here for 2 years and have generally greatly enjoyed our time here! Neighbors are friendly, maintenance is constantly happening, the office staff( Kristen Y) is always on top of communication too! My main issue apart from a dramatic rent increase( which is happening everywhere) is that many of the amenities that we pay for are unavailable and have been during a large portion of our 2 year stay. They claim vandalism on gym equipment and pools have lead to some of the restrictions but it’s incredibly frustrating to continue paying for amenities unable to be used. Apparently the gym card given just doesn’t work now and you have to reach out to office staff if you want the code. Most importantly, the pools have been consistently closed. I have only been able to use them a handful of times. For the first entire year we couldn’t use one of the pools, they decided summer was the time to do repairs not the entire year before that no work was performed.. then the other pool was only open until dusk, so anyone who worked a normal 9-5 was excluded. Apparently enough people complained and they bumped it back to 6pm lol. Woohooo! Right? Just would really like them to figure out what they need to do to open the pools consistently, the pools are some of the only forms of entertainment available around here if you are lower income, and again are already paid for through our rent so I’d be nice to at least use them. It is 5/02/2022 and the pools are still not open. They delayed an already delayed opening due to some people jumping the fence to use it, not sure what vandalism occurred but maybe if it was open like it should have been no one would feel the need to jump the fence. 5/10/2022-pools still not open , will update until they are 5/18/2022 1 out of 2 pools are scheduled to open

Kirsten in the office is very attentive. Maintenance is prompt. I'm excited for the pool to open for the season. Will renew my lease.

Update 4/30/22: Still here. Parking lot was recently resurfaced, buildings were powerwashed and gutters were cleaned. Maintenance is fairly prompt in fixing issues. Hoping the rent doesn't increase too much this next time, I'd like to continue living here. Some of my neighbors were evicted recently so that's a bit sad. I don't really have any complaints. There are nicer places, but not at the price I'm paying when inflation is this out of control. Update 8/26/19: They have been making some small improvements and took care of my billing issues a few months ago. The place is a bit overpriced but otherwise no issues currently that I see. Update 1/7/19: I got the resident portal information but the billing remains incorrect as of today and they put yet another late rent notice on my door today despite the fact I paid January rent on December 31st. These people are useless. Update 2018: I am now on year four at the same unit/property. This year I noticed that routine maintenance was no longer being done. The property looks worse as a result. (Things like powerwashing, staining wood, etc). The office was frequently understaffed and in some cases vacant. No one returns phone calls or emails. Maintenance requests for indoor issues are still being resolved promptly as of today (9/7/2018). I was however just informed that Pegasus Residential (the company that took over property management in 2015) will no longer be managing the property and a new management company: Kettler Real Estate Acquisitions is taking over. Post Kettler: They don't return calls, they put a late rent notice on my door even though I had already paid rent several days early! After getting that resolved, they failed to send me a bill for December and they haven't sent new resident portal information so I can't even request maintenance if I needed to. There should be limits to how incompetent you can be.
