I loved it there where some cons but over all me and children had a roof over our heads let alone we was there for 8 years and when I needed anything done it got done besides once or twice but it got done or I asked for equipment and did it myself everyone say trashy I have seen many ride to the apartments Avalon’s and throw trash out saying drug dealers yea they everywhere now days but our NEW IMPROVED COMMUNITY WILL BE BETTER THAN I HAS EVERY BEEN

I lived here for 8 years now, and I truly love where I live... I was up for eviction in 2014 for littering and heavy foot traffic. My eviction was overturned. 2 years after my eviction I became President of Resident's Council and Association for Market North Apt's on June 23, 2017. It is my goal to beautify our community and make it a safe better liveable condition's. I have created a (closed) group for our community for discussions to see what I can do to help fix the problem a tenant maybe experiencing... The name of my group is "Together We Stand" ( Market North Apt's).....
