I’ve been here for 3 years. Great community everyone is super friendly! It’s changed multiple owners and each time they get worse. Nothing ever gets taken care of and bugs are a HUGE problem!

I have lived at Osprey Landing for six years. The managment is continually changing and gets worse each time. The grounds and apartments used to be clean. It is nearly impossible to take a walk without stepping in dog poop. Garbage bags live outside apartments begging for cockroaches to come get comfortable. Dogs walk around off leash, nothing is enforced(it used to be). If you want to live by trashy people living in trash then come on down to Osprey Landing apartments! The maintenance people are nice everything else, not so nice. Plus enjoy a gym where the treadmill works 1 month out of the year!

It has only been about 2 weeks since I moved in to a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom apartment overlooking the lake so I am still settling in. But I must say Angela and Kristen in the office have been very helpful and on top of everything! If there is any issue it is taken care of by the next day. Everyone is friendly, and the property is well lit, manicured, and clean! Did I mention trash service?? Very convenient! The bedrooms are a good size, all with double door closets. Plenty of storage upstairs and downstairs. But my favorite place is my huge patio off of the living room with a privacy fence and gate. I would recommend Osprey Landing to anyone looking for a place to live and enjoy!

I would definitely move back there. I lived there for two years. The management staff was always very attentive and whenever we had an issue it hardly took anytime to get resolved. You get a lot for your money, very spacious, (we had a two bedroom) . It was great to have a half bath downstairs when entertaining guests. That keeps people from snooping through your medicine cabinets in the large upstairs bathroom. Plus the fact that they allow pets with a reasonable deposit. A lot of other places do not allow pets or have an outrageous pet deposit. Anything like grills or bicycles should be secured well however because we have had items stolen right out of our enclosed patio. The area is generally safe and well lit at least it was when we lived there. I read some of the other people's reviews and some of the complaints were kind of petty in my opinion, for example the person that complained about fleas in the dog park. Keeping fleas off your pet is your own responsibility not the Management's responsibility ! I felt that the Privacy was pretty decent. Worth the money ! Rob
